Baseball Announces 2023 Slate

THOMASVILLE, Ga.- The Thomas University Baseball team announced its full schedule Thursday for the upcoming 2023 season. The schedule features a 40+ game slate, with 16 of those games being played in the Rose City. 
 

The Green and White will start off their season on the road for a doubleheader matchup against Ave Maria, which marks their SUN Conference opener on Jan 27th and 28th.
 

Thomas will turn their attention to non-conference action against Talladega College on Feb 3rd and 4th in Talladega, Ala. 
 

The Night Hawks will continue their road slate with a pair of games against Trinity Baptist College on February 7th. TU will then head to Cochran, Ga to face off against the Knights of Middle Georgia 10th and 11th. 
 

On February 11, The Green and White will compete against NCAA DII, Edward Waters University. 
 

Next up, TU will compete in Lawrenceville, Ga taking on the home team first on February 17th. Thomas will then play West Virginia Tech and a rematch against GGC on February 18th. 
 

Thomas will then head to Albany, Ga to compete against NCAA DII, Albany State University on February 22nd. 
 

The Green and White will be at home for a while, starting on February 24th and 25th for a three game stand against the University of Fort Lauderdale. 
 

TU will have a pair of doubleheaders against Madonna University on both March 2nd and 3rd, before having a matchup against Brewton-Parker College on March 7th. 
 

March 10th and 11th, Thomas will compete in the Russmatt Tournament starting with Kansas Christan on March 10th for a doubleheader and Hastings on March 11th.
 

On March 17th and 18th, TU will resume SUN Conference play in Miami Gardens, Fla against St.Thomas University. 
 

Thomas will have a rematch against Edward Waters college on March 21st, before the Lions of Florida Memorial compete in TU's backyard on March 24th and 25th. 

The Green and White will only have a few days to rest and prepare for their next contest against Warner University on March 31st and April 1st. 
 

TU will remain at home for a while once again, starting with Albany State University getting a glimpse of Varnedoe Stadium on April 5th. Thomas will have a pair of games against Trinity Baptist College on April 11th and return to SUN Conference play against Keiser University April 14th and 15th. 
 

The Barons of Brewton Parker College will head to Thomas's backyard on April 18th, before TU ends their home slate against Warner University on April 21st and 22nd for Senior Day. 
 

The Night Hawks will conclude their conference play on April 28th and 29th against the defending SUN Conference Regular Season Tournament and NAIA World Series Champions; Southeastern University.
