Baseball Wins Series Opener Over Ashland, 10-5

CALEDONIA, Mich. – After falling behind 2-0 in the second inning on Friday afternoon, the Davenport baseball team gathered itself and proceeded to outscore Ashland 10-3 in the final six innings to win the series opener over the Eagles, 10-5. The Panthers and Eagles will play games two and three of the series on Saturday with the first pitch in game one of the doubleheader set for 10 a.m.
