Lady Oaks win 20-1

Oakland City, IN – The Lady Oaks had their third home game of the season on Monday, crushing the Red Lions of Lincoln Christian  20-1, bringing their record to 3-2 on the year. The Oaks lead all through the game, and had no problem finding the back of the net. The scoring opened up in the second minute of the game when the Red Lions had a hand ball in the box resulting in a penalty kick goal for Freshman Claudia Melgar. Goals in the first half were scored by, Kennedy Hospelhorn (2), Claudia Melgar (2), Alana Doherty (1), Molly Knox (2). Madison Meyers (1), Madison Ward (1), and Kelsey Barrett (1). The first half score was a whopping 10-0 for OCU.
