Wheeling Finishes 9th in Race for MEC Commissioner’s Cup

Wheeling, W. Va. – On Wednesday, the Mountain East Conference (MEC) released their final standings for the 2021-2022 MEC Commissioner' Cup. The Wheeling University Athletic Department finished ninth in this year's running, scoring 93.0 out of a possible 189 points for the school's 19 varsity sports. The University of Charleston took home the Commissioner's Cup for the sixth season in a row, scoring a total of 177.0 points out of a possible 188 points.
