Wheeling Places 48 Student-Athletes on All-MEC Academic Team

Bridgeport, W. Va. – With the 2022 Spring season officially at a close, the Mountain East Conference (MEC) released their annual Academic Awards on Wednesday with the release of the All-MEC Academic Team and the Commissioner's Honor Roll. The Cardinals had a strong showing, placing 48 athletes on the All-MEC Academic Team as they continue to excel in the classroom. The Cardinals increased their spring sport athletes on the list for the second straight year as they become well-rounded men and women.
