A Record 6 Oregon Tech Owls Earn Players of the Week Honors

CORVALLIS, Ore. – A school record six Oregon Tech athletes have been recognized as the Cascade Conference Embrace Health-Santiam Hospital Players of the Week for their performances during the period of Feb. 14-21, 2021. Trask Telesmanich was named Pitcher of the Week from baseball. Sarah Abramson was named Pitcher of the Week with Maggie Buckholz receiving Player of the Week honors both from softball. Tech swept Cross Country runners of the Week with Faith Widman winning the women's honor and Mark French winning on the men's side. And finally John Sarna won for men's offensive Player of the Week for men's soccer.
