Arrieta to face Nationals after Phils' day off

The Phillies return from an off-day with right-hander Jake Arrieta facing the Nationals on Tuesday night in the opener of a three-game series at Nationals Park. After pitching six scoreless innings against the Braves on Aug. 8, Arrieta has been unable to finish the fifth inning in his past two starts. He hopes to get back on track for the Phillies, who are hoping for a strong finish in Washington to a difficult 10-game road trip.
