Aztecs Earn Five MW Postseason Honors

San Diego State ace Troy Melton (Co-Pitcher of the Year, First-Team All-MW), outfielder Irvin Weems (Co-Freshman of the Year), infielder Cole Carrigg (First-Team All-MW) and starting pitcher TJ Fondtain (Second-Team All-MW) earned Mountain West postseason honors on Thursday.
