Baseball Battles Marymount Down in D.C.

WASHINGTON – A day after knocking off the No. 1 team in the country, the Widener baseball team held a one-run lead in the ninth inning against Marymount, but wound up allowing a walk-off two-run home run to drop a 6-5 heartbreaker to the Saints on Sunday at the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy.
