Baseball: Bauers Surpasses Single-Season Runners Caught Stealing Record, Highlanders Take Game One of Conference Series vs. Rosemont

LANGHORNE, Pa. – The Cairn University baseball team claimed the first game of their three-game Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) series against Rosemont College at home on Thursday evening, besting the Ravens by a score of 10-1. In the win, freshman catcher Zach Bauers (Cooper City, FL / Cooper City) threw out his 20th potential base stealer of the season, surpassing Head Coach Brett Marks' five-year single-season runners caught stealing record.
