Baseball capitalizes late, defeats Immaculata 2-1

RADNOR, Pa. – On Friday afternoon, the Cabrini University baseball team defeated the Mighty Macs of Immaculata University at Cabrini-Carroll Field. The Mighty Macs and Cavaliers went five innings scoreless before Cabrini matched a run, gained another, and protected their one run lead to complete the 2-1 victory. The Cavaliers are now 12-4 in Atlantic East Conference play with two remaining games, set to be played at Immaculata tomorrow. Cabrini and Immaculata enter the Saturday doubleheader with identical 12-4 records against Atlantic East Conference opponents.
