Baseball Falls In Doubleheader-Opener At Alvernia, Darkness Suspends Game Two

READING, Pa. – The Messiah baseball team fell short of host Alvernia University, 6-4, in the first game of a doubleheader on Sunday afternoon. Three Falcons contributed run-scoring knocks, including a two-run double from Billy Davis in the top of the fifth inning.
