Baseball Has 32 Hits in Sweep of Elmira; Ward Crushes Two Home Runs

ELMIRA, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher College baseball team remained atop the Empire 8 standings following a sweep of Elmira College on Friday at Dunn Field.  With the wins, Fisher, which is receiving votes in the latest D3baseball.com poll, extended its winning streak to seven games and improved to 19-4 overall and 10-0 in the conference while the Soaring Eagles fell to 3-18 on the season and 1-5 against Empire 8 opponents.
