Baseball Hosts Ole Miss to Conclude Homestand

COLUMBIA, S.C. — The University of South Carolina baseball team steps back into SEC play on Easter weekend, facing No. 25 Ole Miss in a three-game series from Thursday, April 14 to Saturday, April 16. Thursday and Friday's game will start at 7 p.m. with Saturday's series finale at 1 p.m. Saturday is Big Gamecock Weekend that includes the South Carolina spring football game. All three games will be streamed on SEC Network Plus. Dave Weinstein will call all three games, Kip Bouknight will be on Thursday and Friday and Stuart Lake will be on Saturday. All games also will be broadcast on the Gamecock Sports Network with Derek Scott and Tommy Moody on the call. The Gamecocks are coming off a 4-2 win over North Florida on Tuesday night (April 12). Colin Burgess and Josiah Sightler homered and six Gamecock pitchers combined to allow just four hits in the win.
