[Baseball] Late rallies help Rio sweep Bearcats

Rio Grande Sports Information    OWENSBORO, Ky. – Alex Scoular's one-out, two-run single highlighted a three-run eighth inning rally and lifted the University of Rio Grande to a 4-1 game two win and a doubleheader sweep of Brescia University, Saturday afternoon, in River States Conference baseball action at Chautauqua Park.    The RedStorm, who posted a 5-3 victory in the opener of the twin bill, ran their winning streak to six straight, improving to 18-24 overall and 5-9 in the RSC in the process.    Brescia dropped to 12-22-1 overall and 4-13 in league play as a result of the sweep.
