Baseball Picks Up 7-1 Win Over No. 2 WashU in Second Game of Sunday's Doubleheader

SAUGET, Ill. – Webster University Baseball used 6.2 innings of strong starting pitching from second-year freshman Jordan Smevoll (Dyer, Ind./Marian Catholic) and an offense that scored three runs in both the second and fourth innings en route to posting a 7-1 win over No. 2 ranked Washington University in St. Louis in the second game of Sunday's doubleheader at GCS Credit Union Ballpark.
