[Baseball] Point Drops First AAC Series to #1 Tennessee Wesleyan

Emerson, Ga. — The Skyhawks came into game 3 tied at 1 game apiece in the weekend series after a split with #1 Tennessee Wesleyan on Friday. Point would see the side of the Bulldogs that got them that lofty ranking. The Bulldogs would explode for 18 hits as a team and have 4 different players utilize the homerun ball. The Skyhawks hitters would struggle with the TWU's starting pitcher the entire game only tallying 3 hits through 7 innings. The Skyhawks would find themselves on the wrong side of a 10 run rule as TWU defeated the Skyhawks 17-1 in 7 innings. With the loss the Skyhawks fell to 12-4 on the season and 4-2 in AAC play.
