[Baseball] Pride open weekend series with sweep of Mustangs

Clarke University's baseball team opened a four-game, regular-season ending Heart of America Athletic Conference series with Mount Mercy University Saturday in Cedar Rapids.  Jakob Kirman (SR/Dubuque, Iowa) improved to 9-0 this season in the Pride's 6-3 win over the Mustangs in the opener.  Alex Thomas stuck out eight and allowed just one hit in six innings of mound duty in Clarke's 5-1 win in the nightcap.
