Baseball Slams Past Ohio State, 10-3

The Penn State baseball team took game one of its weekend series against Ohio State, earning a 10-3 win over the Buckeyes on Friday night at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park. A first-inning grand slam by Johnny Piacentino set the tone as the Nittany Lions improved to 21-14 overall and 3-7 in Big Ten play. Ohio State dropped to 20-18 overall and 3-10 in conference action.
