Baseball Takes A Pair From McDaniel Including Dramatic Walk-Off In Nightcap

CHESTERTOWN, Md. –  The Washington College baseball team improved to 4-0 in the Centennial Centennial Conference after winning both games of their doubleheader against McDaniel on Saturday afternoon at Athey Park. The Shoremen cruised to an 11-2 victory in the opener and pulled out a dramatic, 13-12, walk-off win over the Green Terror in the nightcap. Washington College improved to 10-2 overall while McDaniel fell to 0-4. Mike Smith was sensational in the opener as he fired six shutout innings to improve to 2-0 on the season.
