[Baseball] Tigers take twin bill from Rio

Rio Grande Sports Information    CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Host Campbellsville University used a pair of big innings in both ends of its Tuesday afternoon non-conference baseball doubleheader with the University of Rio Grande to record a sweep of the RedStorm at HIG Field.    The Tigers scored five times in the third inning and six runs in the fifth inning for an 11-1 victory in the opener, while a four-run second and a two-run third proved to be enough for a 6-4 triumph in the nightcap.    Campbellsville improved to 8-12 with the wins.    Rio Grande fell to 9-20 for the season and has now lost 11 of its last 12 outings.
