MESA, Ariz. – The University of Antelope Valley baseball team (16-9; 7-1 Cal Pac) kept its half-game lead over No. 25 Benedictine-Mesa (19-7; 6-1 Cal Pac) with a split of Friday's twin bill, dropping game one, 8-2, and winning game two, 7-5 in March 6 Cal Pac baseball action at Gene Autry Park in Mesa, Ariz.
