Case Western Reserve University junior third baseman Zack Carinci hit safely in his 29th-straight game to set a new program record for consecutive games with a hit, as the Spartans rolled to a 15-5 win against the University of Mount Union at Nobby’s Ballpark in Cleveland on Sunday.
