Colin Lynam collects NCBWA All-Central Region Honorable Mention Award

Wayne State College junior outfielder Colin Lynam was named late Wednesday afternoon to the NCBWA (National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association) All-Central Region Honorable Mention Team. Lynam, a 6-0, 185 pounder from Springfield (Northeast CC/Platteview HS), was named All-NSIC Second Team this season after leading Wayne State with a .359 batting average.  He led the team in hits (66), at bats (184), total bases (118), RBIs (55) and tied for the team lead in doubles (13), triples (3) and home runs (11).
