Cruz on base three times against SLU

Junior Tommy Cruz tallied a hit and a pair of walks, six total Wildcats recorded a hit, but ACU fell at the hands of Southeastern Louisiana, 7-0, on Sunday in the series finale. The teams end up splitting the four-game series, winning every other game. ACU (18-13, 10-10 SLC) ran into a buzzsaw in Lion starting pitcher Brennan Stuprich, who tossed eight scoreless innings before giving off to Trey Harrington, who pitched the ninth inning.
