DOLPHINS SPLIT A PAIR WITH LIMESTONE UNIVERSITY TO PICK UP FIRST VICTORY OF THE SEASON

Staten Island, NY | The College of Staten Island faced off against the Saints in a double-header today at the Cal Ripken Experience. After dropping their first game 10-1, they responded with a victory in the second contest, 7-5. This defeat on Limestone University not only puts them in the win column for the first time this year, but also means something for Dolphins head coach, Michael Mauro. This win ties him with long time CSI head coach Bill Cali (1995-08) for most wins in Dolphins history (268). Mauro has been at the helm since 2009 when he took over for Cali. Today's split puts CSI at 1-3 on the season, as the opposing Saints improve to 3-14 overall.
