Eighth Inning Rallies Lead Piedmont to Series Sweep of Covenant

DEMOREST, Ga. – In a pair of comeback victories, the Piedmont University baseball team excelled late to claim the series sweep of Covenant on Saturday. Piedmont was able to come from behind in the eighth inning of both contests to claim a 9-7 win adn a 7-3 victory in game two.
