ESPOSITO STRIKES OUT 200TH CAREER BATTER AS DOLPHINS BEAT SPARTANS FOR FIRST TIME SINCE 2000
Panoma, NY – The College of Staten Island Baseball Team opened a four-game series with the Spartans of St. Thomas Aquinas College earlier today and earned a split of a doubleheader on the road. After an eighth inning error brought home an unearned run in a 2-1 CSI loss, the Dolphins bounced back for a big 10-3 win in game two. With the split of today's games, the Dolphins are 15-22 on the season and 7-11 in conference play. The Spartans end the day 19-23 on the season and 12-6 against the ECC.
