Five All-Academic athletes highlight WHAC Baseball Honors

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) released All-Academic and Champions of Character honors for baseball on Wednesday afternoon as efforts continue to honor athletes successes despite the cancelation of the spring athletics season. CU saw six athletes earn honors with five athletes making the All-Academic Team and one honoree being put on the Champions of Character Team. To earn WHAC All-Academic honors, the athlete must be a junior or senior in academic class standing and hold a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher. To be named to the Champions of Character Team, the athlete is nominated by their coach as the member who best represents the five NAIA core champions of character traits. Below is the list of all the Golden Eagle baseball players who earned honors for the 2020 season.
