Folds Earns 3x First-Team All-Region Honors

Rome, GA — The Gulf South Conference Freshman of the Year, Tanner Folds took the region by storm this year. He earned three different accolades for First Team All-Region team selections. Folds was highlighted by the National College Baseball Writers Association, American Baseball Coaches Association, and the Division II Collegiate Commissioners Association. In 20 appearances, Folds threw 91.1 innings with a 2.36 ERA. He was 11-5 with 2 saves, 6 complete games, 4 shutouts, and 59 strikeouts. His final appearance of the season at the GSC Tournament was a complete game shutout of the #3 seeded Alabama-Huntsville Chargers.
