Four Former Columbians Set to Begin Minor League Campaigns

NEW YORK — The Columbia baseball program has four alumni set to begin minor league seasons this month. Josh Simpson '19CC was promoted to the Beloit Snappers, a high A affiliate of the Miami Marlins, and will begin play on May 4. Robb Paller '16CC, Dario Pizzano '14CC and David Speer '14CC have all signed with teams in the Atlantic and Frontier Leagues', respectively. Both independent leagues are slated to begin on May 28.
