Gators Rally to Take Game One of this Weekend’s Four-Game Series, 12-11

SF State used a six-run eighth inning to defeat the visiting Stan State Warriors, 12-11, to take game one of this weekend's four-game series.  The Warriors lost despite scoring 11 runs on 15 hits.  Six Warriors had multiple-hit games in Flavio Perez (three-for-four, five runs batted in, four runs scored), Jacob Baker (two-for-four, three runs batted in, one run scored), Danny Murphy (two-for-four, two runs batted in, one run scored), JD Madrigal (two-for-four, three runs scored), Chris Catalano (two-for-five, two runs scored), and Ryan Leonesio (two-for-five, a run batted in).
