Gonzaga Erases Five-Run Deficit to Defeat Pacific, 10-9

STOCKTON, Calif. – Trailing 8-3 after Pacific scored six runs in the third inning, Gonzaga chipped away at the five-run deficit to take an eighth-inning lead and hang on for the 10-9 win at Klein Family Field on Sunday. Miles Gosztola earned the win for the Zags in relief, and Erik Hoffberg picked up his five save of the season after striking out six over two shutout innings.
