Hatters Fall on the Road to Georgia 11-5

ATHENS, Ga, – The Stetson University baseball team hit the road for the first time this season as they fell to the Georgia Bulldogs 11-5 on Wednesday night at Foley Field in Athens, Georgia. It marked the first start of Logan Hughes' career as the freshman hit not one but two homeruns in his debut. Daniel Labrador also hit his first homerun of the season, coming in the top of the ninth as a pinch hitter. Seven different Hatters contributed on the mound, including starter Ty Van Dyke, as Stetson combined to strikeout 11 batters.
