Brookville, NY – Kevin Bruggeman hit a two-run home run in the first inning and Steve Harringon added a grand slam in the ninth to back the strong pitching of starter Steven Kaenzig and a trio of relievers as Hofstra defeated LIU, 8-1, Tuesday at LIU Baseball Stadium.
