Homers Power Purdue to Comeback Win in B1G Opener

Curtis Washington Jr. and Cam Thompson hit two-run homers to left field only eight pitches apart in the third inning, flipping the momentum and igniting a comeback as No. 17 Purdue baseball overcame an early four-run deficit to defeat Ohio State 7-5 in the Big Ten opener for both teams Friday at Alexander Field.
