Hoyas Take Game One of Doubleheader, Game Two Suspended Due to Weather

OMAHA, Neb. – The Georgetown University baseball team defeated the Creighton Bluejays 10-2 on Saturday morning in the first game of a doubleheader between the two sides. With the victory, GU improves to 28-13 and 9-4 in BIG EAST play while Creighton slides to 30-10 and 4-6 in league action. Game two of the doubleheader was suspended in the bottom of the eighth inning due to weather. Play will resume tomorrow, April 28 at 11 a.m. CST with GU on defense with one out and a 3-2 advantage.
