Illinois State, Missouri State Suspended After Eight Innings; Resume Wednesday

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Illinois State baseball team had its single-elimination game against Missouri State in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament suspended after eight innings in a game that featured two rain delays, totaling more than four hours at Hammons Field on Tuesday. The game is scheduled to resume at 10:00 a.m. CT Wednesday with Missouri State leading, 9-4.
