Iona Baseball Drops Mid-Week Contest to Wagner

STATEN ISLAND, NY – The Iona University baseball team fell in midweek action losing to Wagner, 9-0, at SIUH Community Park on Tuesday afternoon. After Wagner scored eight runs across the first three innings, the Gaels bullpen only allowed one run in over five innings of work. Despite the loss, Jake Field recorded multiple hits for the 14th time this season and over his last four games, Field has 10 hits.
