Kalafut walk off against Cougars, Eagles earn first sweep of season

VERONA, Wis. – It was a hitter's day at Stampfl Field, as the Edgewood College Baseball team tallied 33 hits and 27 runs to take home two wins against Concordia Chicago. The Eagles rallied for a 13-12 win over the Cougars in the nightcap, won on a walk-off home from Joseph Kalafut. In game one, the Eagles earned the 14-11 victory, with Kalafut and Jacob Slonim each hitting a home run.
