Marshall Rice: I Am A Duhawk

Marshall Rice was no stranger to athletics growing up, with his mom and dad playing collegiate sports both baseball and softball. As one of the Loras College baseball team's top pitchers, he has more in mind than just winning games for the Duhawks. Even though Rice hasn't been a Duhawk all four years of his career, he has made a name for himself as he closes out his senior season. Through all the ups and downs, the Geneseo, Ill. native has always been the kid that never quits, a mindset that makes him a strong leader and captain for the team. The leadership has shown as the Duhawks hold a 20-12 record and currently sit third in the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) standings.
