Matadors Drop Series Finale at Long Beach State

LONG BEACH, Calif.—CSUN Baseball (21-9, 8-4 Big West) dropped the series finale at Long Beach State (22-12, 9-6 Big West) 6-4 on Sunday at Bohl Diamond at Blair Field. Jakob Simons and Mason Le each finished 2-for-4 at the plate while Kevin Fitzer drove in two runs on the day. Matador pitching stranded 16 Long Beach State base runners on the day.
