Matadors Fall to Cal State Fullerton in 11 Innings

NORTHRIDGE, Calif.—CSUN Baseball (25-13, 11-7 Big West) fought back to tie Cal State Fullerton (26-13, 17-4 Big West) in the eighth but the Titans scored twice in extra innings to take the weekend series with a 4-2 decision on Sunday at Matador Field. Thomas Bainton gave the Matadors seven strong innings on the mound, allowing two runs on two hits to go with five strikeouts.
