Mavs Battle with Altoona on Senior Day

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Medaille College baseball team squared off with the Penn State Altoona Lions on Saturday evening for their last home double header. The Mavs honored five seniors on the careers as Maverick baseball players: Derek Holtz (Akron, NY, Akron), Anthony DeJoseph (West Seneca, NY, West Seneca West), Zach Archibald (North Tonawanda, NY, North Tonawanda), Alfredo Aponte (Rochester, NY, School of the Arts), and Patrick Gavigan (Orchard Park, NY, Orchard Park). The Lions managed to take the win in both games, 9-6 and 11-7.
