MIAA to cancel spring sports competition and championships amid COVID-19 outbreak

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The MIAA announced Tuesday that the Association would be canceling its remaining 2020 spring competitions and the 2020 sprinng championships due the COVID-19 pandemic. The MIAA CEO Council voted unanimously to cancel the remaining spring 2020 championships due to health concerns. The conference will remain in an indefinite suspension of all countable athletic related activity until further notice.
