Minium: Three Men Who Sacrificed Good Salaries and Left the Corporate World to Coach Football Wound Up at ODU

Ricky Rahne and Tony Lucas had Ivy League degrees and well-paying jobs with great futures in the corporate world. Blake Seiler was en engineer designing parts for Cessna planes.

But at different times in different places they gave up lucrative careers to pursue their passion. They all became college football graduate assistant coaches.

Few have taken their career path and succeeded. All three did and they are now coaching at Old Dominion University.
