No. 4 Seeded Blazers Light Up the No. 5 Seeded Falcons in Round One of GSC Tournament

OXFORD, Ala. – The Valdosta State baseball team mashed their way to victory on Friday night in round one of the Gulf South Conference Tournament, downing the no. 5 seeded Montevallo Falcons 13-2 in eight innings thanks to three homers and strong pitching. Valdosta State improved to 27-18 (18-12 GSC) while Montevallo dropped to 27-22 (17-13 GSC).
