North Central comes away with sweep against Knights

NEW ULM, Minn. — Halfway through their conference slate and still fighting to stay in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference playoff picture, North Central University (NCU) baseball was on the road Wednesday afternoon against the Martin Luther College (MLC) Knights. In sweeping fashion, the Rams tallied a total of  hits on the day, the most on the season thus far. The high-powered offensive showing supported by reliable defense was good enough for NCU to come away with both games against the Knights by final scores of 17 to five and 15 to zero.
