Offense Powers Matadors to Series Opening Win Over Fullerton

NORTHRIDGE, Calif.—CSUN Baseball (25-11, 11-5 Big West) took game one of its weekend series with Cal State Fullerton (24-13, 15-4 Big West) 11-4 on Friday at Matador Field. The Matadors scored seven times over the first inning including posting a six-run second inning. Graysen Tarlow tied a career-high in RBI with six to go with a 2-for-3 day at the plate while Andrew Sojka went 3-for-4 with three runs scored. Lucas Braun tossed seven quality innings and struck out six, allowing two runs.
