Paddack seeks more success vs. D-backs

The Padres asked Chris Paddack to be their ace in 2020, and thus far, he's delivered. The right-hander will look for another strong start as San Diego continues its series against Arizona on Saturday at Petco Park at 6:10 p.m. PT, live on MLB.TV. Through three starts, Paddack is 2-0 with a 2.65 ERA, 0.94 WHIP, 15 strikeouts and one walk. Right-hander Merrill Kelly (1-1, 2.63 ERA) is set to start for the D-backs.
